[APO-L] Question about action on Convention floor.

My wife and I were the ones to propose A-MEM-018 to allow chapters to choose
to allow older undergraduates to become advisors if the chapter wishes.
According to the National Office, it did not come out of committee, but
there was a move to reconsider it on the floor, which failed. I'm
interesting in finding out who moved to reconsider, how close the move to
reconsider came to passing , and talking to anyone who was particularly
involved in the amendment either pro or con.
