My apologies.  I should've been more careful.  It was another list.

Henry and all,

I would also ask that you remove my name from this list. In addition to
agreeing with Mike, I don't feel that this award will achieve what you
intend for it to do (which is recognize John's committment to the
fraternity). Although he is well-known for his dedication to making APO
Canada a reality, it was not is sole focus. There was so much more to my
dear friend than his enthusiasm for all things Canadian. Successful
international extension that is driven by a solitary individual is a long
time in coming. I think that there are other ways of acknowledging John's
spirit and energy within this Fraternity.
