<html><div style='background-color:'><DIV class=RTE>Our pledge class this semester is, well huge and we're having problems keeping them focused and on track to completing their requirements. Those pledges who don't make requirements are required to go through pledge voting, which for our chapter entails the pledge appearing before the chapter, answering questions as to why they missed requirements and if they intend to make them up, and also any other relevant questions the chapter might have to help judge their character and dedication the organization. Then the chapter votes in a closed environment as to whether or not a pledge should be allowed to activate.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>On a slightly unrelated note, we are also debating whether or not we wish to adjust our Quorum formula. So I'd like some feed back on that as well.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>So I pose the following questions to you.</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>1) What has your chapter done in the past that has successfully motivated pledges to finish requirements?<BR></DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>2) Does your chapter do a pledge voting or pledge review process? If so, how do you specifically execute that process?<BR></DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>3) What formula does your chapter use for establishing Quorum and who do you include/exclude in that number (Pledges, actives, associates, probationary members)</DIV>
<DIV class=RTE> </DIV>
<DIV class=RTE>Thanks much!</DIV></div><br clear=all><hr> <a href="http://g.msn.com/8HMAENUS/2743??PS=">Get tax tips, tools and access to IRS forms – all in one place at MSN Money!</a> </html>
