[APO-L] Missing Pledge/Active Membership Forms and Fees

Brothers:

We are well into spring semester/winter quarter and this is a great time to
check with your Chapter president/Chapter membership VP/Chapter
treasurer/Chapter pledgemaster or pledge trainer to make sure that all pledge membership
forms and fees have been sent to the National Office.

We realize that many of our Chapters do have their checks processed through
the college or university and sometimes, check requests do get delayed, etc.
Now is a great time to check with your Sectional Chair or the National Office
(chapter.service.dir@apo.org) to make sure your pledge class has been reported
and that their forms and fees have been recorded.

Please remember that no one is officially a Pledge or Active Member until
their applications and fees are received and recorded at the National Office.

Also, while you are checking this on this semester's pledge class reporting,
you might also want to make sure your Chapter has submitted the Active
applications and fees for the fall pledge class.  Again, please check with your
Sectional Chair and/or the National Office to make sure these have been received.

Founder's dream of building our Fraternity into a reality.
