Regional & sectional too. I was a double-vote delegate in '02. What
specifically comes to mind- I voted once for Blondie & once for Craig for R2
Director because I couldn't make up my mind & had people trying to sway me
both ways (I approached 2 alums to talk & they said polar statements).
I abstained from the HBCU issue vote. It was too complex & in my opinionI
couldn't understand the whole thing at that moment, nor could the vast
majority of those in the room at the time, I think. By the way, if someone
could lay out this issue point by point to me I'd appreciate it.
