Sure, though I think Brown is asking about which position it should
fall under long-term; of course there may be terms where that person has
to pass it off to someone else.

Well, that's the catch. We can use the formatting (roughly) from last
term with the new info (as long as it's approximately the same amount of
info... there are limits about what sizes we can adjust the boxes to).
However, it hasn't always been the same, so if you'd like something a
little different, you'll need to guide us (and that can be in roughly
any format you'd like - we've had everything from text description of the
changes to hand-drawn diagram on looseleaf to ASCII-art to a full PDF mockup).
If you want to see the evolution of the card over time, there are samples
from the last 10-ish terms on the bulleting board over the table with the
stone in the printshop.
