FC (Sara B.): Go to Chapter Weekend! On Saturday the 20th, there
will be dinner and fellowship to follow--a pseudo movie night of
the trilogy of Clerks, etc. at a time to be determined. Someone
       got us all roses--thank you!

Treasurer (Marisa): I'll be in office lots on Friday. Debt lists will
be credited; pay them! National stuff is due on Monday, so pay
       your membership dues.

AVP (Sara P.): nothing to report

APOcEd (Ian): not present, report as follows:

o Volume 91, Issue 5 of the APOcrypha was published last Wednes-
day, November 3, 1999 and delivered to the chapter (bouncy
     bouncy).

o The deadline for Issue 6 is next Wednesday, November 17,
1999 (Drop Date) at 1:01:17 pm (bouncy bouncy).

o Elections is just three weeks away! If you are considering running
for an office, start thinking about writing your campaign articles
now. The deadline for the last issue before elections (Issue 7) is
tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, November 24, right before
     Thanksgiving vacation (bouncy bouncy).

o Please remember to write your articles. The Chicken of DoomTM
     is watching. :) (bouncy bouncy)

o If you would like to join the Historical APOcrypha Live-action
Re-enactment Committee, please see me after the meeting. ;)
     (bouncy bouncy)

[Bouncy bouncies graciously provided by Emily]

ASC (Oscar): Office got cleaned. Office is metamorphising, you're
not imagining it. E-mail me with suggestions. Don't leave stuff
in the office, or I'll mark it garbage. Request a blue box if you
want stuff to be there. Book Ex books leaving tomorrow.

PubDir (Ann Marie): Posters sold. Buying more brushes soon.
Turquoise is still equivalent to blue.

Historian (Ari): The chapter camera went to Conclave. Take it
to projects. I talked to Technique, and the apologized for not
contacting us for thirty years. They want a photo of us doing
something. Photos for the composite will be taken at Initiation.
       Don't hide.

Advisory Comm. Chair (Ellen): Eh.

President (Sam): We have a chapter. We need to tell Nationals that.
Pay your dues to make sure we you exist. Elections coming up.
       They're important.
