I applied it to bt742a.c.  It seems to work on quiche, but I need to
try it on frobnitz (a machine with a BT card) before I'll be
comfortable with it.  I've created kernel configs ATHENA and
NFSINSTALL (jtc took the name INSTALL) for unified general-use and
installation kernels.

I'll update the makefiles for the floppy as soon as I try out the
kernel changes on frobnitz (and probably glacier as well).  I also
plan to put some scripts in the netbsd locker for making tarballs,
floppies, and the server, but I don't know exactly when I'll get
around to it.
