After applying the second half of Alistair's patch so that a BT probe
doesn't take place at the address of an already-found AHA card or vice
versa, the change appears to work. (I've only tested the new ATHENA
kernel on quiche, but I saw enough results from the new bt probe
before I applied the second half of Alistair's patch to be confident
that it works.)
I'll update the installation to take into account that we no longer
need separate floppies and kernels. The documentation will also need
to be updated; I'll make nfsaha.fs and nfsbt.fs symlinks to
nfsinst-10A.fs for now.
