Done.  I also modified /afs/sipb/project/sipb-athena/reactivate to
substitute `uname -m` and `uname -s` for the values of MACHINE and
SYSTEM at build time so that our source tree isn't NetBSD-specific.

I may get around to this, but I think Yoav also wanted the startup
scripts to deal if you change /etc/athena/rc.conf.  This is a bit
harder, since we don't currently have any hooks into the boot-time
code except at the end of /etc/rc.local.  Also, we'd be stepping on
the operating system a fair amount (i.e. if someone actually does
modify the real config files, they'd get overwritten).  Finally, there
isn't currently enough information in rc.conf to set up the network,
since the flags aren't there.
