Since my last status report here, we have finished reviewing the packs
hierarchy stuff, taken care of Motif, mostly taken care of xdm, and
mostly taken care of the things I know about which need to be done in
the release (zephyr initprogs, ssh startup and configuration, xntpd
startup and configuration). Remaining items I know about are:
* "^P" doesn't work in xlogin yet.
* Dan needs to finish his work on sendmail.cf handling of mail
to root.
* We decided what we're going to do for clusterinfo (or, at
least, I sent mail and no one answered it), but haven't
implemented it yet.
* The install. Nathan is working on this.
* sipb-mkserv stuff. Nathan is also working on this.
Fortunately the list is down to three little things and two big things
(one of them not critical right away). I'm sure there are a lot of
little things I don't know about yet, of course.
I think we're close enough that we can start doing some testing,
although we'll have to set up machines by hand for lack of an install.
This week I'll work on setting up some packs and maybe futzing around
with snork's NetBSD partition.
