Possible problems in sipb kernel source tree

I updated the -current source tree.  There were a lot more conflicts
than I expected.  I attempted to deal with them all, but I may have
made some errors.  If so, I'm sorry.

I also updated the config source.  The kernel won't build without an
updated config.
