I modified afs_nbsd_subr.c to support kernel version 1.1B, and I
modified the make-libafs-current and make-libafs-1.1 scripts to refer
to the -current version as 1.1B instead of 1.1A.

(I managed to overwrite the existing libafs-1.1A.o in the build
directory before modifying the scripts.)
