Done. Also, I removed the trailing space from after the revison
number, added an x in front of "3-7788", Studly-CAPified DECstation,
and mentioned hup-ing init (formerly this was mentioned but it got
removed in:
revision 1.3

Update for new distribution ("update" is a bit of an understatement;
it's almost completely rewritten).

It seems clear that we're printing out too many copies of this
document for the number of times it changes. This is partly my
fault for making too many for the class, I think.
In any event, I only printed out one final copy of 1.25 (current
version) and placed it atop the large stack of 1.24's; if we make more
significant changes perhaps we'll justify chucking the 1.24's.
