These are here as a reminder to me, but someone else can do them
if they feel like it:
1. Have the rs6k instructions recommend /dev/rfd0 rather
than rfd0h.
2. Have the document contain a "where to get me" section.
3. Mention 3c590, define what a "DC21040-based card" is.
