Why do this? This seems like a "fun project".. but I don't think there
would be any GAIN to this. 

BTW: If you want a fully object-oriented OS for sparc, buy "Spring"
from sunexpress. $100 or thereabouts.
It's the experimental completely object-oriented system from Sun.
[kernel is a buncha objects, with methodology different from the
 standard unix paradigm]

Not only is it useful to play with, but it comes with Solaris
compatibility. So you can actually do useful things on it!! :-)
