	shabby, "complete information" is hundreds of K. A message of
more than a few screens in length will often be regarded as too long.
Having read all those hundreds of K in their original and unfiltered
glory, I don't think the summary is off-base. My "emotional response"
remains. The area where I'd fault that note is in leaving the impression
of "those ignorant Congresscreatures didn't recognize and understand
they were voting on the Fourth Amendment". In fact, the truth of the
matter is the proposal was intended as exactly such a vote, the text was
immediately recognized as such, and the Fourth Amendment was debated at
length (by which I mean the implications and significance of actually
enforcing it, to give it practical meaning, not whether it would be a
nice idea in the abstract) and VOTED DOWN.
	I hope this DOES evoke an "emotional response" from a lot of people.
