This debate is _exactly_ the reason I wanted the URL for the text of
the discussion to read myself; you're both arguing "your" side of the
debate and not giving complete information. I really think the
original posting about the amendment to HR666 was shamelessly terse
and generalizing about the Republicans' stand on the situation and was
meant to evoke an emotional response from a lot of people. It seems
to have succeeded.
Hopefully, in the future, the ability of people to say

a thing of the past. But I doubt it.
