	Before people get carried away, note that the juries that refused
to convict anyone for lynchings were also practicing nullification.
	As a thought along these lines, consider this system: Add a
third possible verdict to cases - "unjust prosecution". This would be an
outcome in favor of the defendant, still subject to appeal, _but not by
the same prosecutor_.
