Minutes of ExecComm, Nov. 11, 1998
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Start: 7:43 pm; End: 8:10 pm
Present: Ann-Marie, Michael, Falling, Yale, Jamie, Ellen Kranzer,
  Brian, Emily, Ari
Officer Reports
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
President (Ann-Marie): CPPC is this Sunday, 11 am to 4 pm in
  5-217. We'll discuss various topics in small groups, and then as a
  whole. Topics are large activites like UMOC, increasing membership,
  improving fellowship, and the service program. Please bring a snack.

Ann-Marie: The Nationals delegates are Chris and Ann-Marie. Carolyn
  has gotten 5 hotel rooms. She will take care of getting an alternate
  delegate. If you want to go and can't pay, talk to me. We'll subsidize
  some of the cost for each person. The cost of a room split among four
  people is $52 for the weekend.

Chris Falling: As far as I'm concerned, Conclave was a business
  meeting at which not much was said. Portland Maine, Albany, and a
  chapter in eastern Pennsylvania bid for regionals. Philly is bidding
  for Nationals. Joe was well received. [biggest understatement of the
  meeting]

SVP (Cathy): (channeled) There are projects, lots of projects. SPLASH
  and CRISIS are on the weekend of the 21st. Work for New Hampshire
  Public TV in early December! If you want to PC, talk to Cathy.

Treasurer (Oscar): (channeled) I need pledge fees before Friday. At
  next week's chapter meeting I'll have a treasury report showing the
  chapter's current financial standing.

MVP (Brian): There are end-of-term interviews all this weekend...
  check your email. PFM is this Saturday at 3 pm in the APO
  Office. PTRM is Saturday at 3 pm in 20 Chimneys.

APOcEd (Emily): Apocs will be out tomorrow _ sorry they're late, I'm a
  dork. [most obvious lie of the meeting] Write bad poems about APO for
  the next issue!

ASC (Ari): (channeled) The fruit flies are being vanquished, the legos
  demolished. The coffee table was cleaned for one brief and glorious
  moment.

AVP (Michael): I'm taking minutes, and can now begin catching up on
  typing them. If you need a room for an event, please let me know.

PubDir (Katie): not present

Historian (Sara): not present
