Minutes of ExecComm, Oct. 14, 1998

Antipasti
---------

Start: 7:44 pm; End: 8:35 pm
Present: Ann-Marie, Michael, Cathy, Yale, Ari, Emily,
Sara Pickett, Brad, Ellen Kranzer, Katie

Primo Piatto
------------

Ann-Marie: Reservations for Nationals will be made by Carolyn by Saturday.
We'll get 3 - 4 rooms. Let her know your plans ASAP. The legislation
  packet has just come out.

There is some discussion regarding inactivity caused by poor committee
accountability. The general concensus is that inactivity of brothers
is almost never administrative-related.

Ann-Marie: CPPC is postponed to the seventh or fourteenth of November.
(Depending on the movability of PTRM.)

Piatto di Mezzo
---------------

SVP (Cathy): We will be making warm fuzzies this weekend, perhaps prior to
MoldChat. I would like to coordinate a joint service/ fellowship event,
namely midnight bowling after a project.

APOcEd (Emily): Deadline for the next issue of the Apoc (with calendar!)
is Wednesday (the 21st). Tell me of upcoming events to receive free
  advertising.

ASC (Ari): The office is a mess, and will probably stay that way until
  Steak Fry.

FC (Brad): I'm scheduling some dinner trips. I'd like the next one to be on
Wednesday. Chapter Weekend I went well. I'd like to teach knot-tying,
but there is no date set for CW II.

[Cathy: We could not get Talbot, due to Ted Johnson.]

Historian (Sara): I have been somewhat lame. I haven't gotten a locker
  for the family tree.

PubDir (Katie): I don't know how to make the huge signs.

AVP (Michael): Not much to report.

President (Ann-Marie): The continued AXcoAPO files are proceeding.
Next mold chat is on the 18th.

Dolci
-----

Cathy: Upcoming projects are on the board in the office.

Ann-Marie: Mold chat and warm fuzzies at noon.

Ellen: Someone really, really should go to Conclave.
It will be a business meeting, since Nationals is coming up.
