... time to sign up for the Boston Marathon. :)
If anyone wants to volunteer (it's the Monday of Patriot's Day, around
April 15 or so, I left the date at home, sorry :P), there's lots of
things to do beforehand, as well), tell me. Applications need to be in
by February 1...
What can I do? you say. If you're first-aid trained, or have a radio
license, you can do that...
If you're not, or you don't feel like doing that, it's ok, too. The
last two years, we've manned a water station and helped at the
starting line. Pretty much anything you can think of, they need someone
to do. If you're interested in finding out more about the jobs, let me
know and I'll give you the list of possibilities...
I'm going to try and get a fgroup to do something. If you're interested
(this does not yet mean commitment), talk to me... :)
