CWI needs some PCs

Hi,
So, Cathy and I have done some of the footwork for setting up
Chapter Weekend number one, but there still remains two sub-PC-ships
that need filling because otherwise preparation for the weekend would
be rather overwhelming.
Now, I'm under the impression from talking to people on
Saturday that there are a number of pledges interested in PCing this
weekend; these jobs do count for your pledge requirement for PCing.
Please let me know ASAP if you are interested and I will help get you
started right away. Altho I'll be running some errands between now
and the next time I log in.
1) transport PC: match people's arrival and departure with car
rides. I can provide a list of brothers and mold with cars, and as
brothers sign up as going on the retreat, they *ahem* will indicate
when they will want to get there and leave. Then it is just a matter
of matching car rides with brothers--and chapter gear and food.
2) food PC: plan meals. Friday dinner this time will be taken care
of separately, by Barbara Manganis and I. However, the other meals
(three for Saturday and breakfast Sunday) will need to be planned, and
anything needed for those meals that is NOT in the chapter food
cabinet needs to be bought. I will provide meal suggestions and point
you to the chapter list of people's allergies, and brothers when they
sign up will *ahem* indicate whether they want vegetibolarian options
for their meals, so we don't try to feed them meat. Food needs to be
bought, and cooking supplies (in the back of the office, I'll show you
where) need to be assembled so the first cars Friday afternoon can
take them to camp.
