So there's a few drop poster things that I'd like to bring
to everyone's attention. Please take the time to read
through this, even if you think you know what you'r doing. =)

- There are now sets of paints. Each of them has 8 colors, 6
brushes, and 1 pencil. Unless people only want one or two
colors, please give them the whole milk crate. In addition,
please lend out set #1 first, then #2 and #3, so that the
paints are used more evenly. If they want more colors or
brushes, there are milk crates containing extra colors and
brushes near the rest of the paints.

- On the receipts it is sufficient to write the number of the
set of paints that they are using (i.e. "paint set #1"). Just
be sure that everything is in the milk crate before you lend it
out. If they needed extra colors or brushes, put + 1 or whatever
  in the appropriate blank.

- Please put your name where it says "form filled out by" when you
start a form. That way if something strange happens I have some
  way of getting clue.

- ID's should always stay in the office if they owe us something -
paints, money, whatever. The ID's should be significant (i.e.
driver's license or student ID) - things like airline cards are
  not acceptable.

- The charges for unclean brushes are listed on the receipt. If they
bring back unclean brushes, the way to handle it is to fill in the
appropriate box on the receipt and charge them for it. If they
protest, politely explain that we have a policy of charging for
unclean brushes. If they want to go wash them, that's fine, just
cross off the charges and initial it. If they don't, then charge
  them.

- THE PUBDIR AND EXECCOMM ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO CAN EXCUSE LATE
FEES. If I'm not available, my policy is that you can ask the
president or treasurer if they're available. Otherwise, they
should just pay it then and I'll see if the situation merits a
  refund.

- If you're about to do something that you're not sure about, either
ask, or stop and thoroughly consider whether it will make me kill
  you.

- No singing at the PubDir!

Thanks in advance for following these policies. If you have any
questions or comments, please contact me.

YiFLS,
Emily
