Minutes for Execcomm of April 10, 1996

Attendance: Cathy, Ingrid, Marcus, Michael, Alexis, Emily, Ari, Junko, Charley, Richard, Harry, Oscar
Meeting called to order at 7:30 PM
MVP (Cathy): PTRM is coming. Pledge interviews are coming. Pledge project
is on the 21st to Emory Woods
AVP (Ari): We're doing e-mailings for 60th
Treasurer (Alexis): new checks haven't come yet
Fellowship (Emily): Bubblewrap study break happened. I called inactives but noone called back.
APOCED (Michael): Deadline Thursday
PubDir- the motion to raise drop poster prices is on the board
ASC (Lan): (not present) table was cleaned, table got dirty
Historian (Ingrid): I corrected names in scrapbook
SVP (Junko): There were projects, there will be projects
President (Charley): Do we want to vote on who will be voting
delegates at conclave? We'll pay our sectional dues. We
should get cracking on nationals awards forms
-general consensus to leave voting delegate selection to
the discretion of delegates and president
Servcomm: nothing to report
60th Comm: invitiations are out. we don't need a special disclamer
Carnival (Lan): (not present) the policies were updated
Fincomm (Alexis): Tue Apr 23, 7pm- we'll finalize reccomendations
Chair of the advisory committee: (not here) no report
NomComm: no report
New Bussiness:

Alexis- fundraising ideas: candy, soda prices, transport, national layaway,
book x-change, dues, drop poster

Marcus: People should tell me if I should go to Stanford or Cal Tech
