Minutes for Chapter Meeting of April 2, 1996
Meeting called to order at 7:38 PM
Attendance: Kate, Ingrid, Henning, Lan (left before DSKs), Charley,
Cathy, Junko, Chris, Emily, Lizzie, John H, Harry, Susan, Gabriel,
Michael, Oscar, Jeff, Jill, Ari, Karen, Joe, Yale, Glenn, Joe K,
Chris, Alexis
SVP (Junko)- food bank project with BU was a mild success. project this week at national braille press
MVP (Cathy)- nothing to report
AVP (Ari)- WUAPOs getting updated as are lists
Treasurer (Alexis)- finances are in order
Fellowship (Emily)- we saw the tempest, bubblewrap study break next week,
Sat the 20th- Steak Fry and Auction. I'm trying to talk to new and old
brothers
APOCEd (Michael)- Copiers are slow. We have AN Apoc
PubDir (Oscar)- No report
ASC (Lan)- No report
Historian (Ingrid)- We have pictures. They're going in the book. I
need last terms SFF and Steak Fry invitations without holes in them
Chairman of the Advisory Committee (Joe): Nothing to report
President (Charley): 4 or 5 going to Conclave. Nomcomm has recommendations
but not answers from everyone
Committees:
ScrewComm: We need one more sub-PC
60th (Harry): Lousy number of replies. We'll probably do a first class mailing.
Carnival (Lan): Timeline is on the white board. We have new
policies (posted in office). Will discuss meeting before 60th.
