Minutes for Execomm- April 24th, 1996

Attendance: Ingrid, Cathy, Hannah, Joe, Alexis, Michael, Yale,
Junko, Charley, Glenn, Michael, Oscar, Lan, Ari
SVP- Project this Saturday or shorter- Charles river cleanup in morning
MVP (Cathy)- meeting with my successor- PTRM this Sunday, 2 PM, PR3 for brothers, office for pledges. Neophyting is May 2.
AVP (Ari)- phone calling for 60th going
Treasurer (Alexis)- last fincomm meeting yesterday. talked over what will go
into John's budget
pubdir (Oscar)- nothing to report
Historian (Ingrid)- nothing to report
ASC (Lan)- nothing to report
Chairman of the advisory committee (Joe)- nothing to report
APOC-Ed: people give me outgoing reports by I-banquet. articles by this Saturday 11:59 pm for next meeting's issue.
President (Charley)- What do we discuss at chapter? Trinidad, budget, carnival
Carnival (Lan)- new policies are on the shelf. will come up at chapter.
Screwcom (Henning- written): It's happening. We have collected
$175. We have three official candidates plus a hack candidate
New bussiness:
Oscar: reads motion for drop poster stuff (posted in office). Purpose
is to agree on price and raise funds
Junko: Will student groups have time?
Charley: Finboard things not quite due yet
Alexis: Why $2 late fee
Oscar: That's what it was historically
Yale: Is this meant to last three years?
Oscar: It's meant to last until ammended or replaced
Junko: We might want people to think about again?
Charley: So three years?

Charley: So this is execcomm's reccomendation?

Oscar: So we'll tell ASA and Finboard right away
Charley: Does anyone know when they're meeting with their successors?
-not really
Charley: People at joint execcomm should come with a schedule, outgoing officer reports should go to Michael and be cc-ed to apo-exex- that way we'll lose
less information
Ingrid: What order will things come up at chapter
Charley: probably drop poster, budget, Trinidad, Carnival
Charley: Do we want to do any membership stuff?
Cathy: Possibly membership policies?
Junko: Did we ever lower elevation fees?
Charley: not yet
Alexis: I'll make the motion
Announcements:
Ingrid: After finals-- May 28th-30th. Work will be painting, maybe
constructing handicapped ramp. Need a trasport PC.
Junko: One other project. Awards convocation- we'll be helping to
usher on May 13th, 3:30 PM. 3 to 4 people are needed.

May 3rd- choir concert, steer roast
Ingrid- I want to kill people who don't know how to tell us how
to print tickets
