The quiz program should be practically trivial to write, and I would
be glad to do it sometime soon. In fact, one doesn't really need a program
at all, merely a HTML quiz file, ie:

What is the capital of New York?
<a href="wrong">Cairo</a>, <a href="right">Albany</a>,
<a href="wrong">Munich</a>, <a href="wrong">Des Moines</a>

So, the only purpose of a quiz program would be if the quiz files were in some
other format. If this is the case, to write a program I would need to know
the format of the quiz file...

Regards 'Usenet University', it sounds like a novel idea, but potentially
overloading to those on the list of names. If such a list got distributed
wouldn't those people be likely to be *flooded* with mail?
