tkWWW is available on athena for the vax and decmips by typing
add cdsdev

A development version for the decmips is available by typing
add cdsdev

The main difference between release 0.8 and the development version is
that the development version displays graphics files in main window of
the app instead of in a separate window on the outside. (This is
accomplished via a really cool hack in which xloadimage is used to set
the background pixmap of the graphics window.)
