I've been maintaining a list of people who are willing to answer
questions over e-mail. It would be interesting to try and integrate
this list with a hypertext index of sources of academic information on
internet.

The other thing that I've been thinking about doing (though I haven't had
the time of the perl knowledge to do it) is to hack a http quiz program.
For example, if you send a request for address

http://question.mit.edu/quiz?civil-engineering

The server will send a multiple choice question about civil-engineering.
If you click one of the answers and get it wrong, the hypertext server
will return a "wrong answer" text with links to reference material
which would tell you why your answer is wrong.

Anyone interested in programming this?
