Get a real server, e.g. Netscape Enterprise. Last I checked, MS IIS
allowed absolutely nothing of the sort. (You may be able to accomplish
this by adjusting NT's file access permissions, provided you're using
NTFS.) The NS Enterprise allows remote publishing and remote file
access, all configurable down to individual file names and locations
using its own user database. IIS is a toy.
