How do I update a web page by using Novell 3.12, NT 4.0 and IIS

Scenario: I am logged on to my netware 3.12 server and I have a page
saved in html, Now I want to without having to log onto NT 4.0, put my
page on my web server by just throwing it in adirectory or
something of the sort. Or maybe have IIS read a directory on my netware
server every X amount of time to see if there are any new pages to post.
Is this possible?
Please help. I would greatly appreciate it.
