The CNI's home page is at
http://www.cni.org/CNI.homepage.html
and there is information there on how to contact their lists, in particular
their interesting copyright formum. Part of that information is the
following text:
host: ftp.cni.org file: /CNI/forums/FORUMHELP
PLEASE NOTE: LISTPROC@CNI.ORG is NOT a BITNET LISTSERV. It is the Unix-
Listprocessor system of Anastasios Kotsikonas. Contact Craig Summerhill
<craig@cni.org> for additional information about the Unix-Listproc system.
You can retrieve archives of the Coalition's electronic forums via e-mail
through the Coalition's Unix-Listproc server (LISTPROC@CNI.ORG). To get an
index of any of the Coalition's electronic forums, send this command (as
an e-mail note) to the address LISTPROC@CNI.ORG
index <listname>
e.g. INDEX CNI-ANNOUNCE
^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^
| +----------------- the listname is CNI-ANNOUNCE
+------------------------- the command is INDEX
A list of files will be returned to you. You may then submit a 'get' command
to retrieve the archive file. The correct syntax of the get command is:
get <listname> <filename>
e.g. GET CNI-ANNOUNCE 92.12
^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^
| | +-------- the filename is 92.12
| +----------------- the listname is CNI-ANNOUNCE
+-------------------------- the command is GET
For more information on subscribing to any of the electronic forums on the
