There is a listserv dealing with copyright law which I am on. It is found 
at:  cni-copyright@cni.org, however, this may not be the subscription 
address. A vigorous, in depth discussion on the interraltions between 
copyright law, web access, and so on has been progressing for a week or 
more, and is expected to become quite wide and thorough.
