So how would people who didn't know it explain? Imagine some native
English speakers with no linguistic education trying to explain to a
non-native speaker why a word ...
* means different things in different situations --> jaS 'oS choHDI' ghu'
* has to be explained or else it is rude ---> mu'vetlh QIjlu'be'chugh Doch
* only makes sense with other words ---> yajmeH vay', tlhejnIS boQbogh mu'
more?
Like so many other questions in Klingon, I guess this one has to be
answered with "the translation depends on the context."
