     My humble opinion is that this is another example of squishing an
English sentence through a Klingon filter, exhibiting an overuse of pronouns
as "to be" verbs. I would have FAR preferred:

                Dochmeyvam'e' ta'lu' 'e' vIlegh vIneH

     Or more likely:

                Dochmeyvam'e' tIta'chu' pagh bIHeghbej

     The redundency is created by {'oH}, which is itself unnecessary. IMHO.
