Why not:?
DuqImtaHbogh roj DaleHchu' Duvoqmo'
This uses no debatable constructions and conveys the meaning, I
think, quite well. I prefer leH 'maintain' to pol, which TKD
glosses as 'keep, save', where the parallel use of "save" suggests
that Okrand is using "keep" in the sense of 'hold on to, not lose,
maintain possession of'. What I wonder is whether the "peace"
referred to here is military, which "roj" clearly means, or of the
soul, in which case "jot" might well be better.
As for terseness, that's not to worry about. How verbose is the
Hebrew? The English looks as though most of its verbiage could be
devoted to expressing things that Hebrew or Klingon expresses
syntactically and morphologically.

I think his first proposal is a good literal translation, and his
second is good STRONG Klingon. But for a PLAIN Klingon
translation of the sense of the English sentence, since "I want to
see X done" doesn't really have to do with seeing, I suggest
Dochmeyvam'e' ta'lu' 'e' yIta'
