In TKD section 5.4 p.55 it speaks of adverbials,and in page 56 follows a
list,saying that these words come at the beginning of a sentence.
So the question arises..
The adverbials,which are to be placed at the beginning of a sentence,are
only the ones listed on p.56,or any adverbial whatsoever too ?
