Exactly. {Da} and {-ba'} both come from this flubbed or altered line,
which is why they both appear in the Addendum and why the example
sentence in Addendum 4.2.6 is {nepwI' Daba'}. The director probably
thought it wasn't worth shooting another take because a Klingon line was
wrong.
