Because most klingonists are afraid of creating their "own" compound
nouns. {naQjej} is a canon noun, so you can add any suffix. If you want
{naQHom jej}, you should at least leave a space so you don't produce a
new word. I prefer {naQHom jej}, because I'm not sure if {naQjej} really
is a true noun from the klingon point of view.
