Room is not an issue. /boot rarely requires more than 4Mb, unless you're
storing multiple kernels in there. Your entire installation will fit
neatly in the amount of space you've allocated for /, and /var is, again,
overkill on size.
How are you doing the install? Via NFS, download, or from a cdrom?
