Has anyone experience printing problems on a network printer?

I have my box hooked up to a LAN.
Our LAN has a Windows NT box controlling our network printers.
The printers are HP Laserjet 4V.
I installed the printer using SMB and chose the HP laserjet 4 driver
when I print, it prints fine, except I get the first page printed again and
again and again.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
