hi,
   good question! have you looked at the postgresSQL and mysql websites
wherever? These might point you in the right direction. Since the 
only thing i know about oracle is oracle forms it is not much help.
Although i am familiar with linux, and SQL in the postgres to some
extent. There should be a oracle book somewhere... did u try amazon?
Well i hope that this leads you in a helpful direction.
