Make the two disks (boot and supplementary) from the .img files in the image
directory.

I did the upgrade today via ftp.  It took about 1.5 hours to upgrade 448mb of
files (I have a cable modem).  The only file that won't go in was ispell. 
There was a conflict with Netscape's spell folder.
