You should be able to install it on your system as it stands. No need to
swap drives around. Linux can handle being on the second drive without
trouble.

Yes, in fact it should be listed in the selection of printers you can set up
with during installation.

Linux can handle reading files from a dos partion of FAT16 and FAT32 type.
Just mount the partion that holds your dos files under linux. type man
mount once you have linux installed to get the command syntax you'll want.

I don't think you need to worry about the Cyrix chip, but I'm not well
