	They should normally be in something like /etc/rc.d/init.d,
symlinked to the various runlevel equivalents in /etc/rc.d/rcX.d, X being
the runlevel you want the service started in. If you don't have any
related script (to isapnp, that is) in one of the aforementioned
directories, try adding the lines to the rc.local script which lives in
/etc/rc.d. It's loaded last, right before login.
