isapnp question

Hi,
I'm running RH 4.2 and have the isapnp configured to support my sound
card CDROM interface, but for the life of me I can't find where the
/sbin/isapnp /etc/isapnp.conf statements should be put, such as in what
rc script. Does anyone know what script this should be placed in and
about where?
I know that isapnp works, because if I execute it manually and then
warm boot, I'm able to mount the CDROM. Thanks
