That's the CP/M predecessor to DOS's 'copy'. Used it on the Kaypros in the
early '80s. Of course, pip's arguments were <destination> <source> so it
took awhile to get use to DOS's <source> <destination>. Made switching back
and forth a lot of fun.
FWIW, I've also used OS/360 JCL and Burroughs and CDC mainframe OSes from
the 60s and 70s. <g>
