Umm, I dont think you can. DHCP is used to set all the
network values including the default router and should
only be used by macines on the local network.
By definition, any device which is the other side of a
router is not local.

You could get a Windoze machine to use DHCP via the
netbios protocol and then use the settings to run IP, but
that is not what you want. Unless you want to run IPX on
your linux box, and use IPX to get the DHCP info .....
