newbie apache/samba question.

Hi,
My machine is connected to a network with windows nt server and almost all
of the machines running win95. I have recently installed redhat linux 5.1 on
my system.
Q.1 Apache - I have installed apache web server on my system. What kind of
security issues should i be looking into. I intend to provide ftp support so
that users can update their web pages.
Q.2 Samba - The server runs a logon script that maps 3 drives and provides
network printer support on logon to the win95 machines.Would it be possible
to run this script from linux. If not can the logon profile be changed so
that smbmount maps the 3 drives on logon but doesn't asks for password ,
rather uses the password provided at logon.
